Courses
We offer a range of courses, all of which can be tailor-made to the needs of groups and organisations. Alongside our 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) courses, we also offer the 6 week Finding Peace in a Frantic World course. We can also offer shorter 4 or 5 session introductory courses, based on MBSR/MBCT, which can be tailor-made to fit the particular needs of groups where this is beneficial.
5 Session Mindfulness for Doctors and Dentists Course

Online 4-Week Introduction to Mindfulness Course

This is our signature introductory mindfulness training which can be tailored to your individual needs, as an individual or as a group. The focus of this course is very much about the value of self-awareness, self-compassion and resilience. 8-Week Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)

MBCT is an 8-week evidence-based programme originally developed at the University of Oxford and is an integration of MBSR with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Since the 1990s, it has been extensively researched. Its original intention was to prevent relapse in patients with depression and it has been shown to be highly effective at preventing relapse. 'Finding Peace in

This introductory mindfulness course has been developed by the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, and is a shortened and adapted version of MBCT. The session length, curriculum and practices have been distilled into a shorter format. This makes the course ideal for those with slightly busier lifestyles who may otherwise struggle to make the time for the 8 sessions. Find out more

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction is an 8-week evidence-based programme originally developed at the University of Massachusetts by Jon Kabat-Zinn.
