Individual Mindfulness Provision
At the Centre for Mindfulness and Wellbeing we aim to support both groups and individuals in their pursuit of wellness through the application of mindfulness. Our one-to-one provision is aimed at those wish to have a tailored experience with a mindfulness expert at a time and date that is most suitable. We can also offer our courses on an individual basis, including teacher development for those who wish to develop their ability to teach mindfulness. All of our one-to-one provision is held via Zoom.

We can arrange a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs, before organising sessions at times and dates that are suitable for both parties. There is no obligation to attend more than one session and you may wish to book sessions on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
